1-part vertical shift points
The task of the 1-part vertical shift points is to divide one single conveyor stream into two conveyor streams one above the other or to reverse this action by bringing two conveyor stream flows together into a single track flow. The conveyor upper surface of the separate conveyor flows is normally at the level of the main stretch in the course of this.
A belt conveyor is pivoted by toothed strap lift gear to achieve the flow division required. The belt conveyor is driven by means of a 3-phase drive motor.
The pivot process is achieved using a servomotor linked to a toothed strap lift gear in order to achieve precise positioning.
The 1-part vertical shift points can be applied in a very flexible manner when needed to meet special customer requirements.
