Belt conveyor with centre drive

The belt conveyor is used to transport the baggage items or other load carriers to a defined destination. The belt conveyor can be arranged horizontally, rising or falling.

The belt type is selected according to the application and in dependence on the following 3 factors:

• Transport alignment:

horizontal, rising or falling

• Type of application:

- Model as a loading belt, loading crossways to the direction of transport with a free sliding surface belt
- Model as a loading belt, loading in   the direction of transport with a clinging belt
- Model as a cyclical or picker belt
- Model as a receiver belt with picker belts  to the left and right of the conveyor stretch

• Special customer requirements, e.g.

non-inflammable, anti-static etc.
