Channelizer
Channelizers are used for the converging of 2 or 3 feed-in sections onto a feed-out stretch.
In order to make the shifting of the transported goods (totes, trays) easier a belt with a very free sliding surface is employed, and in addition this moves over a wedge profile to counteract the belt run.
The fan-in here is achieved by using conically arranged lateral guides, that are either in a material with free sliding properties (Roballon) and that is applied on the edged C-profile, or are provided driven as toothed strap conveyors.
