Flat belt conveyor

For belt conveyors of this type the belt is carried gliding over a very robust and stable horizontal steel plate and the transported goods are transported appropriately.

The dimensions are based on the weight, type and dimensions of the transported goods with the possibility for big belt widths of up to 2.2 m and lengths of up to 120 metres.

The belt conveyor can be arranged horizontally, rising or falling.

The belt type is selected according to the application and in dependence on the following 3 factors:

• Transport alignment:
horizontal, rising or falling

• Type of transported goods
• Special customer requirements,
e.g.: non-inflammable, etc.
