We support you in the task of planning conveyor systems, whether you want a tote, pallet or air baggage transport and sorting line.

We also take on a consulting role in the implementation of transport and materials handling systems that demand special solutions.

Our customers know they can rely on an expert contact partner at their side from the moment a contract is awarded all the way through to acceptance. A familiar expert on call to take care of all clarification or coordination issues at short notice as and when they arise.

The project manager is responsible for the following focal issues:

• Creation of the functional specifications catalogue and clarifying all the technical framework conditions
• Creation of a time schedule and monitoring project progress
• Clarifying any business points that arise in the course of project handling
• Compiling and handing over the documentation in compliance with the machinery directives
• Acceptance of the plant

This means we can take on contracts as a general contractor, or we can deliver the entire mechanical requirement to the end customer or to another general contractor.

Following on from a brief transition period after acceptance our Customer Service is commissioned to provide further support for the line. This ensures that you have the assurance brought by continuing to have a competent contact partner at your disposal even after acceptance for all maintenance and spare parts questions.
